The single family retirement home on 8.7 acre land area by a canal at suburban Bangkok. 

As we have a plenty of land area, I started with programming the land usage proposed to client, explored their imagination and deep dive into the real requirements they expect for the last 20 year in the world. The organic farm, kitchen garden right by the kitchen ,outdoor dinning for their folks, fishing pond with a circular jogging track and good breath taking place are project’s combinations.

 “A house for healthy old parents in a healthy environment” is their dream,
