It was stunning while approached to the site and see this house sit quietly on the hill. Then the jaw-dropping panoramic sea view at 3rd floor of the house get me realized the value asset is already there.
What we need from the design is to celebrate this value. Re-organize sequence of approach from the road to the entrance up to the top level. Transit from excitement to calm and serenity feel.
