Surround by the 40 years old shabby neighborhood, the owner heading for courtyard house concept with an enclose garden and a fish pond is the strong requirement at the first place. We explore types of space in cooperate to the site context and future expansion requirement. Simple U shape house with rooftop swimming pool is the final solution.

At Design Development stage, we aim to recycle materials from the demolished house. Most of them are wood elements in  variety of sizes and texture. We are studying on pattern and present workmanship to apply to the vertical shading panel, is to send the message through the unique building language.
